Neil Rogachevsky is the Tikvah Postdoctoral Fellow at Yeshiva University, where he researches and teaches courses in political philosophy and Zionist history. Neil's writings on Israeli and European politics have appeared in the Wall Street Journal, Ha'aretz,The Atlantic, Mosaic, The American Interest, The Israel Journal of Foreign Affairs, and elsewhere. Previously a fellow in the Abba Eban program for diplomacy at Tel Aviv University, Neil got his doctorate in 2014 from Cambridge, and along the way studied at McGill, the Hebrew University, and the Ecole Normale Supérieure in Paris.
Dov Zigler is a financial markets economist in Scotiabank’s Global Banking and Markets group in New York. Mr. Zigler has also worked in a volunteer capacity with the Jerusalem-based Kohelet economic forum, where he helps to oversee statistical analyses of the Israeli economy. Before joining Scotiabank, Mr. Zigler was an associate covering global macro and special situations investing at a Canadian fund management company and held a teaching fellowship at McGill University in the department of North American studies. He has also held a research fellowship at the Shalem Center and worked as an analyst at the Canadian Department of National Defence. He holds an M.A. from The Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies, a B.A. (Hons.) from McGill University, and a B.E.I. certificate from Sciences-Po in Paris and has been an Asper Fellow at the Hebrew University. He is vice chairman of the Montreal Bach Festival.
